Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) TIM Training College Nadapuram  

 

Since its inception in 2021, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has functioned as the cornerstone of quality culture at TIM Training College Nadapuram.     The IQAC is mandated to plan, guide, and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) initiatives to ensure the institution meets its high       standards of teacher education.

Strategies and Functions

The IQAC operates with the following strategic objectives to streamline institutional performance:

Benchmarking Quality: Development and application of rigorous quality benchmarks for the college's diverse academic and administrative activities.​Learner-Centric       Ecosystem:   Facilitating a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education while encouraging faculty maturation in adopting technology for participatory teaching   and  learning.

Feedback Mechanisms: Arrangement for systematic feedback responses from students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding quality-related institutional processes.

Information Dissemination: Acting as a nodal agency for the dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.

Professional Development: Organization of inter and intra-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes to foster professional growth.

Documentation: Systematic documentation of the various programs and activities of the college to ensure data-driven quality improvement.

Reporting: Coordination of quality-related activities and development of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in the prescribed format.
